What is Reiki?

Reiki means Universal Life Energy. With a gentle touch, Reiki facilitates physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing. It reduced stress, relieves pain and supports you in your personal growth.

What does a session look like?

During a Reiki Treatment my hands are placed lightly in specific positions on your body, as well as areas of localized pain or discomfort. Reiki balances the energy system of the body and encourages a deep relaxation, so that it can work most effectively to heal you and relieve stress. You may remain fully clothed for the treatment. Reiki can be combined with deep tissue and relaxation massage, creating a customized session.

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands and ears that have referral areas which correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body. Through application of pressure on these reflexes, you'll notice tension is relieved, circulation is improved and the natural function of those related areas of your body are promoted.

What does a session look like?

The session begins with a 10-minute foot massage. Utilizing my hands, energizing foot lotion and hot stones, you'll begin this journey of the healing power of reflexology, totally relaxed. This is also a wonderful way to soften, moisturize and lengthen the skin and muscles of your feet to provide ease in manipulating the tissue during reflexology. Then, by using thumb and finger pressure, I'll stimulate the reflex areas on your hands and feet, to clear congestion and restore normal functioning and health.
